Refund policy

At DOR Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

✔️ Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

✔️ Be in the original packaging (if applicable).

✔️ Not be a final sale or custom-made item (these cannot be returned).

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

✔️ The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

✔️ Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).


If your return is rejected due to signs of wear, damage, or missing tags, we will notify you, and the item may be sent back at your expense.


 

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

 

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or offer a full refund.

 

 

5. Return Shipping

✔️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

✔️ We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
